Come to British Columbia's beautiful Sunshine Coast and explore the wonderful world of fibre.
Whether you're an experienced fibre artist, keen novice or just appreciate high quality art and crafts, the
Festival has lots to offer you, with workshops, exhibits, merchant and artisan markets, demonstrations and
entertainment.
Set amid spectacular mountain-to-sea scenery in picturesque Gibsons Landing, the Festival is known for its
friendly atmosphere. Now in its ninth year, it has grown to become western Canada's leading fibre event.
LOTS FOR EVERYONE TO SEE AND DO
There is plenty to see and do—workshops,
juried exhibit & sale, merchant mall, juried artisan market, entertainment, demonstrations, tours, and more.
You'll find a wide range of fibre arts, including basketry, dyeing, knitting, quilting, needle arts,
paper arts, rug hooking, spinning, weaving, and woodworking.
We welcome you to the Gibsons Landing Fibre Arts Festival, presented by Howe Sound Pulp & Paper Limited
Partnership. We especially want to welcome the many teachers from around BC and across Canada who will bring their
diverse talents to the Festival.
