How to get here
We're just a forty-minute scenic ferry ride from Vancouver, British Columbia. Sail aboard BC Ferries from Horseshoe Bay to Langdale, approximately three miles from Gibsons Landing.
Bring your car on the ferry, or walk aboard and take transit between Langdale and Gibsons Landing.

Weather & what to wear
Summer days in Gibsons Landing are usually sunny with a refreshing breeze off the ocean. But sometimes, dare we say, it rains. Your best bet is to bring casual, layer-able clothing and comfortable walking shoes. And remember, this is an excellent opportunity to show off your wearable art creations, too!
Can I bring my family & friends?
Absolutely. In fact, why not make it a family getaway? Some Festival events offer fun for all ages. And don’t worry, while you’re enjoying the Workshops, there are lots of activities in our region to keep everyone else busy: sightseeing, beaching, hiking, mountain biking, golfing, boating, and more. (Please note that Workshops are intended for adult students unless otherwise indicated.)
