Important Exhibitor Information

Your completed entry form and photos must be received by the Festival no later than June 30, 2009.
After submitting the on-line form (below), please email photographs of your item(s) directly to jury@gibsonslandingfibrearts.com. ADD your name to the subject of the email and attach JPEG image(s) of your work, maximum total file size 2 MB.
Successful artists will be notified by July 15, 2009.
You are responsible for the insuring, shipping and return of your artwork.
For each item accepted, you will receive, by mail: an ID tag and Exhibit Display form. This your receipt. Please retain it and present it when claiming your item at the end of the Festival.
All items must be display-ready. Quilts and rugs must have a sleeve and dowelling. The Festival will supply dowels for mailed items only. Please make sure that dowels and any other accessories to your work are clearly labelled with your name. Fragile items and heavy woodwork may be delivered to the school at the time of set-up.
A few business cards may be included.
Every effort will be made to ensure that your work is not soiled, damaged or lost. Volunteers will be on duty to provide protection and security at all times the Exhibit is open to the public.
Accepted items must remain on display for the duration of the Exhibit. The Exhibit will close at 5:00 pm on Saturday, August 22, 2009.
All items will be available for pick up from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on Sunday, August 23. Saturday evening pick up must be arranged in advance with the Exhibit Co-ordinator.
Only the owner or a person specifically designated by the owner will be permitted to pick up Exhibit items at the close of the Festival.
