Important Information—Please read carefully

Important Juried Exhibit Information

Your completed entry form and photos must be received by the Festival no later than July 15, 2008.
After submitting the on-line form (below), please email photographs of your item(s) directly to jury@gibsonslandingfibrearts.com. ADD your name to the subject of the email and attach JPEG image(s) of your work, maximum total file size 2 MB.
Notification of acceptance will take place within two weeks of receipt of application.
Accepted items MUST remain on display for the duration of the Exhibit until closing on Saturday, August 23, 2008 at 4:00 PM.
If your exhibit (s) are accepted, an Exhibit Display Form with your ID#(s) and tags will be mailed to you. This is your receipt—please keep it and present it when reclaiming your items at the completion of the Festival.
Please do not use safety pins. Attach the ID tag where it can be seen, with sturdy thread, such as crochet cotton or a double strand of quilting thread—if a quilt—usually at the bottom. We do not wish to handle your exhibit more than is necessary.

Please remember:

You are responsible for the insuring, shipping and return of your artwork.
All items must be display-ready. Unless mailed, wall display items must have sleeve and dowelling. Please make sure that dowels and any other accessories to your work are labelled with your name.
A few business cards may be included.
All items will be available for pick up from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM on Saturday, August 23rd, as well as from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon on Sunday, August 24th.
Only the owner, or a person specifically designated by the owner, will be permitted to pick up exhibit items after the Festival.
Every effort will be taken to ensure that your item(s) is not soiled, damaged or lost. Volunteers will be on duty to offer protection and security.
